Empowered Relief™ is an evidence-based, single-session pain class.
It will rapidly equip you with easily learned psychology-based pain management skills that have been shown to reduce pain-related distress, pain intensity and improve sleep. On completion of the class, you will have a personalised plan for pain relief.
Developed at Stanford University by pain psychologist Beth Darnall, PhD, this well-researched two hour pain class was found to be statistically no less effective than an 8 week CBT programme for chronic pain*.
Empowered Relief™ may only be delivered by certified instructors. The class is delivered online and a friend or family member can also attend, if you wish.
